Kia ora koutou,
Welcome to this weeks edition of the Friday 5! Where we will celebrate all the wonderful on-going work at the NRHCC.
1. Tuesday 8th March, NRHCCC acknowledged International Women’s Day and celebrated all our wonderful wāhine in NRHCC!

2. From the 1st of March Auckland Metro has now distributed close to 2 million RAT tests to Tāmaki Makarua! Ka pai, to all the front-line staff supporting our distribution centres and the team behind the scenes ensuring all sites have enough stock on hand.
3. This weekend, the WDHB is expected to surpass the 90% double dose milestone for Māori whanau vaccinations. The programme priority continues to focus on our equity target of 90% fully vaccinated across our Māori and Pasifika communities. Malo to our Pacific colleagues for all your hard work!
4. Dr Andrew Old, Dr Anthony Jordan and Dr Christine McIntosh spoke at the Regional 1pm stand-up. With special guest, Sue French who provided the Nation with a how to guide on the self-administration of a RATs and as Dr Andrew Old said she was as “cool as a cucumber”

5. Our Hot Hub Clinics went live last week, and four clinics will provide coverage across Tāmaki Makarua to Covid-19 positive patients and their isolating whanau. These clinics are supporting urgent non-covid related care, with the aim of relieve pressures on the city’s hospitals and emergency departments
And finally haere ra to Louise Fisher who will be leaving the vaccination programme today. Louise started with the programme in March 2021 originally supporting Border Vaccination and the Customer Experience Programme, until moving into the Comms team. Thank you for all your work on the Vaccination Programme and we wish you all the best for the future from everyone in the team!
