Join us in celebrating the week that was, in this week’s Friday 5:

1. Monday 29 Nov, WDHB was the first Auckland DHB to surpass the 90% first dose milestone for Pacific Peoples. The programme priority continues to focus on our equity target of 90% fully vaccinated across our Māori and Pasifika communities. Malo to our Pacific colleagues for all your hard work!

2. A huge shoutout to the Orewa team who hit their 10,000 doses administered milestone. Well done on all your hard work over the past months to help protect our Whanau and keep them safe from Covid-19!

3. Over the past weekend 27 – 28 November the Avondale Community held the "BRING A FRIEND" Community Vax Event on and vaccinated a total of 947 people during this 2-day event!

4. Bledisloe House has a new resident, our very own Elf on a shelf ELFis Presley. As soon as he got out of s-ELF isolation he set to work to spread Christmas Cheer through out the office and set up the Christmas tree!

Today we say haere ra to Alison Turnbull, our wonderful Project Co-Ordinator for the Clinical team. Thank you for all your valuable and contributing efforts to the Vaccination programme and congratulations on your new role we wish you all the best!
